appliances, faucets, fans, lights, outlets, switches, GCFI, doors, blinds, garage door openers, water heaters, security lights, hang pictures and mirrors, change smoke alarm batteries, sprinkler clocks & valves, disposals, toilets, door knobs & locks, screen doors, re-screen window & door screens, patch stucco & drywall, assemble furniture, replace single tiles, address home inspection deficiencies & property management maintenance.

I now do sewer line clean outs (2-6 in).
